No more "minor" web programming updates every time somebody has an event or news item to add to your website
Calendar Options
OnMyCalendar's calendars are extremely flexible. Here is a partial list of the options available for calendars.
  • Create one or multiple calendars. You might want to put a "This Week" calendar on your home page and a full monthly calendar on a calendar page.
  • Or if you have multiple groups within your organization, set up a calendar for each of them.
  • Choose between multi-column calendars, Sunday through Saturday calendars, Monday through Sat/Sun calendars, and event/news listings.
  • Choose whether to display events, news items or a combination of both.
  • With OnMyCalendar, you save your events and news items in folders. When you create a calendar, you instruct OnMyCalendar which folders to use. A calendar can pull items from one folder or any combination of folders.
  • Choose a dynamic date range such as "this month", "last month through next month", "this week" or "the next seven days". There are hundreds of combinations to choose from.
  • Or if you are publishing a calendar for a specific event, say an upcoming conference, you can enter specific start and end dates.
  • Choose whether multi-day events should be listed in the calendar for each day of the event. This is especially useful for "This Week" type calendars.
  • Select the data fields you want to present on your calendar. There are many to choose from, including start date, start day, title, description, invitee description and venue name. Over 20 fields are available.
  • Indicate how you want the data fields to be displayed, including how much space they should use, how many characters to display, and more.
  • Select whether subheadings should be displayed or not. You can choose between daily, weekly and monthly headings.
  • In addition to these high-level options, you can completely control the fonts and colors used in the calendars. OnMyCalendar utilizes a standardized stylesheet that you can modify to meet your website's look and feel.
