This agreement comprises the entire agreement between you and OnMyCalendar.com, and supersedes all prior agreements between you and OnMyCalendar.com regarding these terms of service.

OnMyCalendar.com provides you with various services. Some of these services may be free of charge, others may cost money or have other requirements. You will be asked to separately agree to any services that cost money or have other requirements. If you disagree with any of the terms at any time, you may cancel your OnMyCalendar.com account. If you cancel your account, we will delete your account and all data stored in it.

We may change the terms and conditions for service from time to time. We may notify you by posting the changes as a news item you must read and accept during your log-in to the system. Your continued use of OnMyCalendar.com implies you acknowledge and agree to the changes made.

OnMyCalendar.com reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service with or without notice to you. We shall not be liable to you or any third party should we exercise our right to modify or discontinue the service.

As you set up an account with OnMyCalendar.com, you will receive a userid and password for your account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your userid and password and any additional userids and passwords you create for your account. In addition, you are solely responsible for, and OnMyCalendar.com has no responsibility for, all activities which occur under your account and the quality, accuracy and legality of all content entered into your OnMyCalendar.com account. Unless stated otherwise, you will retain copyright ownership and all related rights for information you publish through OnMyCalendar.com. OnMyCalendar.com does not endorse the contents of any communications.

Your use of OnMyCalendar.com is at your sole risk. OnMyCalendar.com is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We provide no warranties of any kind. We do not claim that OnMyCalendar.com meets any of your needs, will work error free, or without interruption, or that it will maintain or present your information accurately. And we make no commitments that any defects or errors will be corrected. You are solely responsible for any damages you incur, including errors in your data or loss of data.

We shall not be liable for any damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims or demands for any reason from anybody.

You agree to comply with all U.S. laws regarding the information entered into your OnMyCalendar.com account and while using the OnMyCalendar.com system. You also agree not to perform any activities that would harm the OnMyCalendar.com system.

You may not resell OnMyCalendar.com services without our express consent. Providing support services, such as assisting customers in using OnMyCalendar.com, and charging for your time is fine.

We may, at our sole discretion, terminate your use of our system at any time if you fail to conform with these terms of service.
